City Building (Glasgow) LLP is seeking offers for: Investment and Refurbishment Works in Dumfries and Galloway

This contract is to procure the services required for Investment and Refurbishment works in the Dumfries and Galloway area. It is essential that this contract is awarded to organisations that can fully demonstrate expertise and excellence in the relevant works.

Three Lots will apply –
Lot 1 – Replacement of Windows and Doors
Lot 2 – Replacement of Kitchens
Lot 3 – Replacement of Gas Boiler (Renew Gas Central Heating System)

The contract will be awarded on a framework basis. It is envisaged that five contractors will be allocated to each lot.

The successful bidders will require to hold the below,

• Lots 1, 2 & 3 – Waste Carrier Licence
• Lot 3 – Gas Safe

The contract will be for a period of one year with options to extend up to a further three years.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence that all requirements as stated within the SPD are met and evidenced may result in disqualification from the tender process.

City Building is committed to maximising Community Benefits from its procurement activities. Contract performance conditions may relate in particular to Social, economic and environmental considerations and form a part of this tender
Award criteria will be based on the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated in the tender documents.
