We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to join our small but busy Payroll Team.
Your main duties will be to support the Payroll Team in the day to day business activities including the input of employee timesheets, recording employee sickness absence and holidays. You will be the point of contact for managers, admin staff and employees on all matters related to payroll and general enquiries. You will be required to undertake other basic payroll admin duties as required. You will also assist in the maintenance of records/files within the Payroll Team.
Due to the sensitive nature of information you are dealing with within Payroll your discretion and confidentiality is paramount at all times.
You will have excellent administrative and numeracy skills with attention to detail and accuracy being key in this role. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a firm grasp of all Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel and ideally be knowledgeable in SAP system.
You will be a confident individual, be able to bring energy to the role and have a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills and experience within City Building.
