City Building are undertaking various investment works on behalf of Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP) and as they push forward with their investment in homes, communities and services across the area to benefit their customers, we are seeking individuals who want to be part of our team in delivering excellent customer service. These works include Heating replacements, Adaptions, Window replacements, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, Roofing replacements, Porch replacements as well as various structural and external repair work.
We have a number of exciting opportunities including – Operational Site Managers and Contract Managers who can demonstrate experience in running small refurbishment projects and hold SMSTS, full driving licence and preferably first aid and fire warden.
This is a temporary post in the first instance.
