Infrastructure Manager

Salary – Negotiable

The Infrastructure Manager will have a real opportunity here to look at practices and procedures and will be encouraged by senior management to implement new ideas and drive a new era of thinking and strategy for the business. Furthermore, you will be involved in the continued modernisation putting more and more systems and offerings up into the Cloud.

As Infrastructure Manager you will take ownership and drive the vision and roadmap of the infrastructure and also manage a team of Infrastructure Officers that look after the 24×7 systems, data centres and cloud offerings.

Whilst this role is more leadership and design focused a strong up-to-date technical understanding and experience of Network technologies, Cloud, IT Security, Hardware and Microsoft Server Products is essential. You will still have a very deep understanding of infrastructure technologies and how it all plugs together.

In addition to that deep technical knowledge you will ideally be a natural leader, a motivator and able to coach fellow colleagues and be confident working with fellow managers and stakeholders up to board level.

This really is the perfect time to join this organisation as their Infrastructure Manager, working on critical infrastructure with plenty of exciting new project work.
