Gas Engineers (4 on 4 off)

Salary – £38,535 per annum

Applications are invited from experienced time served Gas Engineers with the relevant gas qualifications to operate across the City and beyond to deliver a breakdown/reactive repairs/servicing and installation service.

We operate a 4 on 4 off working pattern within the Gas Section which significantly improves our timescales and ensures the needs of our customers is always the focus of our service provision. You will be required to use our mobile hand held technology systems.

You must be fully conversant with up to date issues relating to gas. Possession of a full driving licence is essential as is a flexible approach to ensure a high quality service.

You will be working on a 4 on 4 off working pattern. The hours of work in the main will likely be 8.00am – 8.00pm or 10.00 am – 10.00 pm during the summer months changing to 12 noon – 12 midnight in the winter months. Any variance to these hours would be advised to you by management.

The salary for the post is £38,535 per annum, including a wide-ranging generous benefits package which includes pension scheme, annual leave and sick pay benefits. These posts are temporary in the first instance.
