A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist for City Building’s head office at 350 Darnick Street, Glasgow, G21 4BA.
As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. In addition to this you will be responsible for answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a pleasant demeanour, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will have experience in a similar role and have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word and Excel.
You should be enthusiastic, have a flexible approach to the role and be committed to the provision of excellent customer service.
Hours of work are 36 hours per week to be worked flexibly to suit the needs of the business. However consideration will be given to two part time positions working one of the below working patterns:
21 hours per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 12.15pm
20.5 hours per week Monday – Thursday 12.15pm – 4.30pm
Friday – 12.15pm – 3.30pm
