Opportunities have arisen within the Contact Centre for 2 Customer Service Co-ordinators.
As a key member of the Contact Centre you will assist in the supervision of the operation of the centre ensuring that our excellent standards of customer care are maintained. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of call handling staff including providing advice and guidance on contractual arrangements, call handlers queries, monitoring call handling performance and providing assistance with difficult calls. You will deputise for the Contact Centre Co-ordinator at evenings, weekends and during their absence where necessary. You will be responsible for the supervision of all aspects of service delivery for all call centre functions. These include call handling and raising of repairs in Servitor for all Housing Association clients, GCC departments and other ALEO’s, as well as stair and back court lighting repairs and enquiries. You will preferably have experience of working in a call centre environment and will be committed to the provision of excellent customer services and demonstrate first-class interpersonal and communication skills. The hours of work will be 8.00am – 8.00pm working on a 4 on 4 off basis.
You will be customer focused and forward thinking in ensuring the provision of an excellent customer service for the business.
