About the Role
The Labourer is a key member of the Operations Division. In this role you will be working within the Investment section assisting in delivering high-quality window installations, Kitchen & Bathroom Installations, Roofing & rendering, environmental projects, and PPM works across the social housing sector.
We are seeking applications for a reliable and hardworking individual to support site operations by assisting trades and managers. Key responsibilities of the role include loading/unloading materials, delivering materials, clearing site waste, small demolition and site preparation works. This role may require driving to various locations.
As the Labourer you will be ensure you maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work site at all times in line with Health and Safety regulations.
What You Will Bring
The successful candidate will have proven Labouring experience within a fast-paced environment that is committed to high-quality service delivery.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. A strong ability to follow instructions and provide effective support to trades is essential to ensure smooth operations.
You will demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service and maintain a professional image of City Building.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and a CSCS card.
