Joint Venture

City Building (Glasgow) LLP (CBG) a 50:50 joint venture between Glasgow City Council (GCC) and Wheatley Housing Group (WHG) was established in 2017. In 2025, amendments to this agreement were confirmed to embed this partnership with CBG joining WHG’s VAT Group. This will allow for further investment in the delivery of services to our residents, customers and partners.
