Hugh Beattie – Project Manager

Hugh has accrued considerable experience within the construction industry and has been a key player in the success of businesses he has been involved in. His personal development has grown through promotions from on-site experience to senior manager.

Hugh has more than twenty five years of construction management experience, covering most aspects of construction from design, planning, budgets, infrastructure, build, costs, programming to completion, handovers, customer care, inspection and remediation. His extensive experience has covered residential and associations new build, traditional and timber kit construction from detached, semi detached, terrace, townhouses and flatted developments. During this time, Hugh has worked closely with local authorities, NHBC, housing associations and external consultants and regularity bodies.

Chris Dobson – Site Manager

Chris has over twelve years experience within the Construction industry where he has collated experience at various levels, from a joinery background, progressing to his current position as Operations Manager. During this time, he has worked on various types of new build projects and maintenance type repair operations.

Over the last five years as an Operations Manager, Chris has been involved in high profile projects ranging from new build schools, refurbishment projects, repairs and maintenance and new build homes. His experience has covered most aspects of the construction process from design, planning, budgets, infrastructure, build, costs, programming, handovers and Health and Safety. The type of builds experienced are traditional and timber kit construction, detached and semi-detached houses, terrace, townhouses, multi-storey flatted developments and residential and commercial refurbishment projects.
